My Approach
I use a humanistic approach in my work. This is a process where I 'walk with you' in your journey – getting to understand you, your strengths, your gifts and your challenges. Instead of diagnosing and categorising I honour your uniqueness which we use to create change that lasts
About me
I specialise in working with gender and sexual identity.

I hold a Masters of Counselling & Psychotherapy and a Graduate Diploma of Counselling from the Australian College of Applied Psychology.
Change that Lasts
There are numerous ways to foster change that's lasts. Sometimes, what's required are just a few sessions to gain information to set a course for change. Other times, short-term counselling is the right approach and yet other times longer-term psychotherapy is best to work through 'stickier' challenges. Perhaps joining with others in a group setting can be beneficial. And sometimes an approach like meditation can help.
